Rapper Lil Boosie pleaded guilty on Tuesday afternoon and has been sentenced to two years in jail in a case related to an arrest last fall. The rapper, whose real name is Torrence Hatch, submitted to gun and drug charges. The rapper was slated to stand trial on Monday, but reached a plea deal with the DA. The police pulled him over and found a gun, some marijuana and a cigar that was laced with some other drug. “I’m just ready to get all of it behind me and get further on with my career,” Boosie said. “I plead guilty in my own best interest.”
