In addition to the case he has pending in Georgia, Soulja Boy is also causing some trouble in Los Angeles with the landlords of his luxury apartment.
According to TMZ, Soulja Boy was sent a letter of complaint from the building owners along with an overdue bill for more than $9,000.
“We have received complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway and Observation Deck,” the letter from the landlord read. “This is a direct violation of your Lease Agreement. Additionally, we were notified that you had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25. This is a violation of your lease… which states, ‘You many have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.”
A few days later he was sent a bill for $9,376.10 in unpaid rent and late fees.
