KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police are asking for the public's help in finding a mentally disabled woman who that has been missing since Saturday.
The missing woman is 18-year-old Rhiannon Carter, who is a resident at Butterfly Haven Residential Care facility at 11500 Campbell. Police said she is mildly bipolar and has a mood disorder.Police also said Carter has the mental capacity of a 12-year-old and has not had her normal medicine since Saturday.Anyone who sees Carter or has information on her whereabouts is asked to call Kansas City police.
