50 Cent Responds To T.I.’s Comments In VIBE Magazine

During his interview with VIBE Magazine where he had a few words to say to 50 Cent about criticizing his wife Tiny for not taking the drug charges. Later that night, Fif took to his twitter and said…
Man I just saw something T.I said in VIBE about a tweet I wrote when he caught his drug case. He just got out a jam and caught a new one. Any other time a nigga done. Get caught with 10 machine gun an silencer then catch a drug charge. You will f**k around and get natural life. This boy got a get outta jail FREE card. Don’t get emotional over your lady. It a get you in some sh*t you don’t want to be in.
If U can get 5 years easy 4 some sh*t and I’m the support of my family. Why would it be wrong if ya lady had to take probation? Shit she ballin to lol
T.I. then took to his Twitter to say this…

T.I. addresses 50 Cent and others, for criticizing him and his wife Tiny over the incident they had last year involving drugs.
T.I. on people criticizing Tiny for not taking the drug charge
“I’ma tell you, 50 Cent and anybody else, we not gonn’a have no discussion about what my ole lady should’a, would’a, couda done for anything as it pertains to me,” begins his rant. “We ain’t gonn’a do that. I’m the only one in my family that’s gonna take a lick when it pertains to the legal system. Since me, none of my other family members have seen a jail cell. Nobody. I’m the last one. The buck stops here. I feel that a person that stands behind [his woman for a criminal charge] is a coward anyway.”
VIBE: I doubt she would have gotten any time.
T.I.: She wasn’t gonna catch it period, ’cause I’m there. That wasn’t even a consideration. Even if she asked me to I would’ve been like, “Nah, you trippin’. “
So you didn’t feel you were more valuable to your family, employees and business partners on the street?
That’s a discussion between me and another man. Not with the mother of my children. Not with the nurturer of my household.

T.I. Covers VIBE's Year End Issue

Exclusive Excerpts From VIBE's T.I. Cover Story
T.I. on being skeptical of Bin Laden's death
The conversation shifts from Muammar Gaddafi’s death—which occurred five days prior—to Osama Bin Laden’s assassination to both Eastern giant’s once empowered relationship with the U.S. government. “It’s like everybody that the U.S. was besties with, years later they’re the worst person in the world,” says Tip. "My question is what character traits do they possess now that they didn’t possess when y’all were besties? What made it go astray, and who’s to say they were on the dishonest end of that?”
The politic’n doesn’t stop there. Before an article can be selected from the “Osama Bin Laden killed” search, T.I. twists his lips in sarcastic fashion and shoots, “If that really happened.”
VIBE:  So you’re skeptical about the legitimacy of Osama’s death?
T.I.: Man, I’m a conspiracy theorist by nature. You can’t experience the federal penal system and not be somewhat skeptical.
T.I. on all Americans having equal rights
Man, I will say this, the funniest joke I ever heard Tracy say during a stand-up was, ‘C’mon man, I think gay people are too sensitive. If you can take a dick, you can take a joke.’ [Cracks up laughing.] That shit was funny to me. And it’s kind of true.’ While T.I. makes clear that he supports anyone’s sexual preference, he then connects, in his opinion, a current oversensitivity among gay people with a consequential and ironic offense of the First Amendment. “They’re like,‘If you have an opinion against us, we’re gonna shut you down.’ ... That’s not American. If you’re gay you should have the right to be gay in peace, and if you’re against it you should have the right to be against it in peace.’

"A lot of times, I'm taking myself out of my element," Tip said of the creative process surrounding his 2012 album. "This is the first project where I'm talking about things that I've experienced before that I'm not necessarily experiencing now, 'cause I'm not doing a whole lot of partying. I do a little bit, but not a lot ... nothing like when I was in that life."
Billboard was able to preview five tracks out of the 45 Tip claims to have already recorded for the next project. One such track is "Pyro," a new single T.I. plans to drop this week. " 'Pyro' is a straight party record," he said. "It's nostalgic of those crazy nights, early mornings [but] just turned up."
In the past few months, Tip has unveiled two singles that are believed to appear on Trouble Man: The Big K.R.I.T.-produced "I'm Flexin' " is a bouncy brag-fest, while "Hear Ye, Hear Ye" featuring Pharrell is an expert display of the King's lyrical muscle.
Aside from music, Tip and wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris will star in VH1's "T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle," premiering December 5.

T.I. “She Will (Remix)”

T.I.’s been on a bit of a roll since getting out of prison a few months ago, and it’s been fun to watch him go. For his latest trick, he’s added a verse to the Lil Wayne/Drake collab “She Will” — something he already did to Kanye West and Jay-Z’s “Niggas In Paris.” On his verse, Tip mostly talks about all the sex he’s having, and he uses the word “plethora” with characteristic elan. T.I. Released From Prison, to Halfway House(PICS)

T.I., with confirmation from trapmuzick.com was released from prison early this morning and is on his way to a halfway house to serve out the rest of his 11-month sentence for probation violation. Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesman Chris Burke said that T.I. was released from Forrest City Correctional Facility in Arkansas at 7:29 a.m. and is on his way to a community living facility. The name of the facility will not be released until after his arrival.

Tip's already taken to Twitter to let the world know the King is back!!! Check out his tweets below now.

Moments after T.I. enjoyed his first taste of freedom ... he enjoyed the taste of an awesome steak lunch -- specially prepared by his mom and his aunt ... TMZ has learned.

We spoke with the rapper's Aunt Lita ... who says once she learned that T.I. was released ... she and T.I.'s mom pitched in to cook some of T.I.'s favorite things for his bus ride to the halfway house where he'll finish up his sentence.

We're told the meal included steak, collard greens and their "famous" mac 'n cheese.

After T.I. scarfed down the food, he called his Aunt Lita (like a good nephew should) and thanked her for the "amazing" meal.

Aunt Lita tells us T.I. is "in good spirits" ... adding, "He is one of the kindest people I have ever met."

Atlanta-based rapper T.I. was released Wednesday one month early from a federal prison in Arkansas where he was serving time for a probation violation, and he already has a new book deal and TV reality show waiting for him.

The artist, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was released Wednesday morning from the Forrest City low-security prison, said Bureau of Prisons spokesman Chris Burke. Attorney Jonathan Leonard confirmed T.I. was released but did not immediately say where his client was going.

"The storm is over & da sun back out. IT'S OUR TIME TO SHINE SHAWTY!!!!!" the rapper posted on Twitter shortly after his release. "Welcome to the beginning of our Happy Ending!!!!"

T.I. had initially served about seven months at the prison in 2009 after he was arrested for trying to buy unregistered guns and silencers from undercover federal agents. He was on probation after he was released and ordered not to commit another crime or to illegally possess any controlled substances.

He was arrested again in September 2010 in Los Angeles on drug charges after authorities said he was found with four ecstasy pills. He was sentenced in October to 11 months in prison for that violation. He had been set for release at the end of September.

It's unclear where T.I. is going next, but it appears a flock of cameras will follow. VH1 said Wednesday that the network will film T.I.'s journey home from jail and debut the show in December. MTV aired a similar reality show on the rapper in 2009 called "T.I.'s Road to Redemption: 45 Days to Go," which chronicled his attempts to help others avoid his mistakes.

T.I. has also finalized a book deal. A representative from HarperCollins told The Associated Press T.I. has written a book called "Power & Beauty" that's set to be released in October. The novel, which was co-written with David Ritz, is a fictional tale about two childhood friends torn apart by dangerous dealings on the streets of Atlanta.

The arrest on weapons charges came after Harris' best friend was killed following a post-performance party in Cincinnati in 2006. The rapper has said the bullets that killed his friend were meant for him.

When he was released from that sentence, he was required to perform 1,000 hours of community service, which he spent mostly talking with schoolchildren about the dangers of drugs, gangs and violence.

But a federal judge said that "experiment" failed when Los Angeles deputies found four ecstasy pills on the rapper.

Federal authorities have ordered rapper T.I. to report directly to a federal prison in Arkansas by Nov. 1 to start serving his 11-month prison sentence.

T.I. Says This Sentence Is His Final Lesson' Reunites With Man He Saved From Suicide

T.I. says he's learned his final lesson after a federal judge ordered him back to prison for 11 months.

A federal judge in Atlanta ruled last week that the Grammy-winning rap artist, whose real name is Clifford Harris Jr., must return to prison for violating the terms of his supervised release on federal weapons charges.
T.I. Sent Back to Jail for 11 Months
He was a rrested in California last month on suspicion of drug possession.
T.I. told radio station V103-FM in Atlanta on Monday that he's learned by trial and error after each arrest and has learned his final lesson.
T.I. gave the interview to V103 alongside a 24-year-old man who had recently threatened to kill himself by leaping from a downtown building.

Police said the man agreed to come down if he could meet with T.I.

T.I. reunited with Joshua Starks, the man the rapper helped talk out of committing suicide, on the Ryan Cameron Show on Atlanta's V-103 yesterday. T.I. talked about his role in convincing Starks not to jump from a 22-story building, gave advice to fans who find themselves in a similar predicament, and how the public has responded to him after he was sentenced to an additional 11 months in prison following his drug-related arrest last month.
"The public would rather see you suffer than see you shine," T.I. said, alluding to rumors that his role in Starks' attempt was a publicity stunt. "Although my actions have been unacceptable, inexcusable, I don't see them as unforgivable." Even though T.I. will return to prison within in the next two weeks, he's remaining positive. "We all move forward and all of the things we go through in life, they just prepare us for the next battle," T.I. said.

Starks, meanwhile, revealed that he was going through his own problems — including legal difficulties, like T.I. — when he was contemplating suicide, but the rapper convinced him that jumping from the building wasn't the answer.
"What I realize is now I just need to put forth that extra effort that I thought wasn't there, that I now know is there," Starks said.
"Minimum injury, maximum lesson learned," T.I. said of Starks' situation. As for advice he'd give to his fans facing similar struggles, Tip said, "It gets better, if you're willing to put in the time, the effort, the energy into making it better, or if you're willing to lay back long enough to allow it to get better, it can and will get better. But if you interfere with that process by removing yourself permanently from the circumstance or the situation, then you don't allow it to get better. You got to be present to be blessed."
