Tila Tequila: Not Giving Up

The assault charges that she filed against boyfriend, Shawne Merriman, were recently dropped, but Tila Tequila is not stopping there.
Less then a week ago, the “A Shot at Love” star accused her Chargers’ linebacker boyfriend of choking her during a fight, but according to Us Magazine, the San Diego District Attorney’s office announced they closed the case due to insufficient evidence




However, the 27-year-old brunette believes “justice has not been served” and plans to pursue civil charges.
Ms Tequila’s rep recently announced, “A young woman was violently beaten and choked, and the physical evidence is both overwhelming and disturbing. Tila’s account of the events has remained consistent from the beginning, while Merriman’s story has changed repeatedly.”
