The reality TV star couldn't stop laughing after she was handed the 3D version of the Kama Sutra.
Kardashian was celebrating her 30th birthday with singer Ciara at the 10-year anniversary party for Tao restaurant in New York when she was given the present.
An onlooker told a US newspaper: 'She loved the naughty gift. She giggled as she looked through it with Ciara and saw a lifelike illustration pop out at her.'
Other guests at the celeb bash included actor Adrian Grenier and Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford.
