This company came to the BBB's attention October 20, 2010. Complaints on file with BBB concern a $75.00 registration fee that is charged to the consumer's credit card without first telling the consumer that this fee would be taken. The company's website shows when you register, the purchase of Bid Packs are already marked for you, if you add your credit card information which is not required to register, and submit, you will then be charged for the Bid Pack that is selected. After speaking with some consumers on this issue they state that they purchased bids packs for $45.00 and were charged $75.00. Complaints also concern consumers being unable to reach customer service, emails to the company as well as phone calls are not returned. BBB has tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with this company. They have not returned calls or emails.

On February 14, 2011 BBB was informed that the address used by this company is a mailing address, only, and that they are not physically located at 1 Market Street in San Francisco.

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to file one with us. You may also file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center at www.ic3.org.

BBB also suggests reading the Terms of Service on the company's website and not providing your credit card information before you know what the offer entails.

I thought I was giving my payment info in case I decided to buy something but it automaticly took $75.00 and I could not get it back. I was very upset. I just left it alone and lost my hard earned money.
