TOPEKA, Kan. - The Topeka Police Department is asking for help in trying to locate a 17-year-old who is considered to be armed and dangerous.
Duane Tieree Richey is wanted in connection to the murder of 40-year-old Natalie F. Gibson of Topeka. Gibson was shot to death on July 21, 2011.
Five adults and three other minors have been arrested and each faces a count of firgst-degree felony murder. Richey also faces a count of the same charge.
