Kim Kardashian Suing Who Revealed Reggie Bush & Wedding Scandal

Kim Kardashian is trying to hold on to whatever she has left of her reputation. Her former publicist Jonathan Jaxson isn't hold any punches when he claimed Kim planted the Reggie Bush engagement rumors and definitely planned to sham the public on her wedding to Kris Humphries

Of course Jonathan has something to gain from his well timed diarrhea of the mouth - he's releasing a new book 'Don’t You Know Who I Am Yet'.

Jonathan claims he knew Kim never actually wanted to marry Kris because he had done PR work for her and although the two haven't been in communications for years, he was still certain that her present nuptial explosion was concocted purely for publicity as well.

Kim's defense is Jaxson was a blogger she had brief meetings with, nothing more.

"Everything that he is saying is false and nonsense ... This guy is in it to promote himself for his 15 mins of fame." Really???

Kim Kardashian is suing Jonathan for $200,000
You may have seen Jonathan Jaxson making the rounds last week, calling Kim Kardashian's 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries a sham.
"It was obvious that it was staged...There were contracts already in place for E! to film it. Everything was written down," he insisted on Good Day L.A., where he claimed to have worked for Kardashian from 2007 to 2009.
Discounting the fact that both Kardashian and E! already issued statements denying the wedding wasn't legit, there have been questions as to whether Jaxson really was a "former publicist" for Kardashian.
But there's no question he's a thorn in her side. Now, with Kardashian preparing legal action over his remarks, Jaxson talked to E! News about the nature of his business relationship with Kim.

Jaxson—who claims to have had not only Kardashian as a client but also such pop stars as Backstreet Boys, O-Town and Mya—says he has yet to be served in response to his comments regarding her divorce.
"First and foremost I have received no legal documents pertaining to this information that was conveniently leaked to [the press]," Jaxson tells E! News. "My opinions regarding her wedding and divorce were just my personal opinions as a commentator at the media's request because of my previous working relationship with her."
If only that settled the matter.
The multihyphenate reality star didn't take kindly to Jaxson shooting off about things that she says he knows nothing about—namely her ill-fated union with the basketball pro. According to sources close to Kardashian, Kim only knew him in passing, briefly hiring him to handle an issue with the gossip site MediaTakeOut.
So Kim hired high-powered celebrity attorney Marty Singer to sue Jackson for damages in excess of $200,000 for defaming her name and rep.

"Mr. Jaxson sought to get his 15 minutes of fame to promote his alleged book by falsely stating he was Kim's publicist. Mr. Jaxson was never Ms. Kardashian's publicist," Singer tells E! News. "In fact, in March 2007, Jaxson apologized in writing to Kim for referring to himself as her publicist. My client is exercising her legal rights and remedies just as anyone else would do under these circumstances."
According to Jaxson, however, the remarks he made to reporters about Kardashian's wedding have been truthful and only came about after he was asked while doing the media rounds for his (aptly titled) tome, Don't You Know Who I Am Yet.
"My book isn't a book about the Kardashians," he adds. "It chronicles one's 15-minutes of fame, and I am very candid about my work in Hollywood and those I worked with and those I met along the way as a former Hollywood publicist."
Jaxson also insists he never misled anybody about his association with her, which lasted from 2007 to 2009, and he claims he never signed any confidentiality agreement.
"Kim was a client and someone I worked behind the scenes...I have all the proof and I feel there is no need to further justify this.," he says.
Jaxson has since posted documents that purport to show a March 2007 agreement between the two, as well as pictures of the pair at various events, videos and snippets from various radio interviews.

From Jonathan Jaxson

My FULL Statement to TMZ

TMZ had contacted me last night regarding a story that I was being sued by Kim Kardashian for $200,000 and requested an immediate comment. Only because they wish to share a VERY small snippet, I want to provide the full statement I gave them. Why would I have thought they would have been fair to post my side?:

To the best of my knowledge, I have never signed an agreement dealing with confidentiality with Kim Kardashian. I have an agreement in my possession that does not have either parties signature on it.

When I have been contacted by the press to give comments on the wedding, my opinions have been from my personal point of view based on the statement she posted on her blog and conversations with mutual friends.

Regarding her engagement ring from Kris, I have stated that is was quite similar to the same ring I staged with her for a story we released to the press back on December 26, 2007. It was a planned shoot as she exited XIV Jewelers in Beverly Hills with the 7-carats on her right hand for media speculation that she was engaged, as she exited the jeweler.

I have not worked with Kim in a professional capacity in a couple of years and have absolutely no ill feelings towards her what so ever. The work we did together, I did as an acting publicist/friend on the side "behind-the-scenes" for her from 2007-2009. The pictures online, along with a video blog, and audio together speak for themselves.

The book I am publishing, "Don't You Know Who I Am Yet," chronicles one's 15-minutes of fame and is a behind-the-scenes look from a publicists world in Hollywood and my dealings with several of the clients in which I have worked with and those I have met along the way. Kim was and always has been only a very small part of that equation.

I still have not been served with any papers regarding this matter.
