Warren Buffett Invests an Astounding $10.8 Billion in IBM

Warren Buffett appeared on CNBC this morning and casually announced that his investment firm, Birkshire Hathaway, just became the largest shareholder of IBM stock.
Buffett acquired 64 million shares of the stock, which equate to 5.5 percent of the entire company.
Buffett, who doesn't normally invest in tech companies, said he read a recent earnings report, and liked what he saw, stating on camera that IBM "treats their stock with reverence."
It's safe to say that if Warren Buffett likes the stock, then IBM is doing very well.
