Kanye West and Lady Gaga Tour Canceled?

According to reports, the Kanye West and Lady Gaga Fame Kills tour may be over before it even started. The 34-date mega tour is supposed to kick off on Nov. 10 in Phoenix, Ariz., but sources say Lady Gaga's camp is apprehensive given Kanye's image following his now-infamous outbreak at the MTV Video Music Awards. The decision will allegedly be made in the next 24 hours.

Lady Gaga's rumored concerns seem surprising, since she was a vocal supporter of Kanye post the VMAs. "I would say he's a good guy and everybody makes mistakes, and he feels so f---ing bad," she said, in an interview. "He really does. I think that everyone can get so caught up in gossip and stuff. If you listen to the radio right now, with the exception of myself, really, and Taylor Swift, Kanye is responsible for everything we're listening to."

The multi-platinum singer/songwriter previously leaked information regarding the format of the show, saying: "The storyline is that Kanye is on one end of the stage and I'm on the other, and the whole show, we are trying to get to where each other is," she said. "I want something that he has, which is the fame, and he wants something that I have, which is home, and my humble beginnings. So we battle each other throughout the entire performance to steal each other's spaces. So I'm essentially on a quest to kill Kanye West, to steal his fame."

We're not going to pretend to be the most vocal supporters of Kanye, but it would be a shame for this tour to be canceled.
Anybody who has bought tickets through Ticketmaster knows how painful seemingly arbitrary fees feel. At least Live Nation is being upfront: if you're a superfan, you have to pay to be one.
Maybe gives you a little preview of the Ticketmaster/Live Nation merger. Get excited!
