Justin Bieber has just released the music video for the age-old Christmas classic, Santa Claus Is Coming To Town. The song is instantly recognizable, but Justin has put his own stamp on the Yuletide track by jazzing it up, making it sound very modern. "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" is one song known by parents, grandparents and their ancestors, and it is great to see one of the idols of the world's young people introducing them to a song that should be passed down their generations.

So what if the tempo is a little different! The lyrics remain the same, and the message of behaving well and doing the right thing is being promoted. And at Christmas time, everybody needs to do the right thing or Santa won't come.

The music video is a claymation style clip. Very cleverly, Justin Bieber has been claymated and the action figure sings, dances and acts throughout the story. The theme of planning for Christmas Day shows the Justin figure making all the preparations of "checking the list", and seeing "who's naughty and nice". The reindeer help Santa (er…Justin) as they always do, and transport the big man in red with all his gifts on his big journey on Christmas Eve.

"Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" is another track released off Justin Bieber's new Christmas album Under the Mistletoe. Earlier, the classic Yuletide carol "Silent Night" (also from the Mistletoe album) made the world famous young singer even more popular when he released it sung as it should be sung - no changes in lyrics, no variations in tempo, just "Silent Night" sung with only the backing of a piano.

Teen sensation Justin Bieber received a sweet kiss from fans on Wednesday when his album "Under the Mistletoe" debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart, edging out new entries from rapper Wale and country singer Miranda Lambert.

The album of festive singles sold just over 210,000 copies in its first week and is Bieber's third album to debut at No. 1, following "My World 2.0" and "Never Say Never: The Remixes," from his documentary, "Never Say Never."

Bieber, 17, who is currently fighting claims that he fathered a baby with a California woman after a brief backstage encounter last year, thanked his fans for supporting him on Twitter earlier this week and released an animated video for the single "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town."

"So this past week and even today every rumor and lie about me possible has been coming out in the press. Just need to ignore it ... my fans have been there for me" tweeted Bieber.

The album, which features collaborations with Mariah Carey, Busta Rhymes, Usher, The Band Perry and Boys II Men, also broke the record for the first Christmas album by a male artist to debut at the top position in the history of the Billboard 200 chart, reported Billboard.com.

"Under the Mistletoe" beat rapper Wale's "Ambition," which sold 164,000 copies in its first week and landed at No. 2. Country singer Miranda Lambert's "Four The Record" debuted at No. 3 while "Britain's Got Talent" alumni Susan Boyle entered the charts at No. 4 with her third album, "Someone To Watch Over Me," forcing Adele's mega-hit "21" to slip to No. 5.

British indie band Florence + The Machine entered the charts at No. 6 with their highly anticipated second album, "Ceremonials," while Coldplay's fifth album, "Mylo Xyloto" fell to No. 7 from last week's top position.

The drop for Coldplay's album was foreseen by frontman Chris Martin, who recently told British newspaper The Guardian that maintaining the No. 1 spot would be difficult this week.

"We have Justin Bieber and Adele to compete with and they're much younger than us," he said.

The top 10 albums were rounded out by Michael Buble's holiday-themed "Christmas" at No. 8, R&B singer Tyrese's "Open Invitation" at No. 9, and Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger" dropping to No. 10.

The singles chart held steady with Rihanna's "We Found Love" at No 1, LMFAO's 'Sexy and I Know It" at No. 2 and Adele's "Someone Like You" rounding out the top three.

Next week's chart may succumb to "Twilight" fever as the lead single from the movie's official "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1" soundtrack, "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars, jumped from no. 17 to no. 10 on the singles chart.

The music video for "It Will Rain" was released on Wednesday and the song and entire soundtrack are expected to climb steadily ahead of the film's release on Nov 18.

Justin Bieber turned 17 yesterday 

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez went out for dinner Tuesday night as part of the all-day Bieber's 17th b-day. But perhaps wanting a little free time—or just hoping to ensure that someone snapped a pic to commemorate the big night—the "Baby" man flipped the bird at the paparazzi trying to horn in on his evening.

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have kept everyone guessing about their relationship status but their game of are-they-or-aren't-they isn't anything new in Hollywood.

In fact, quite a number of couples have enjoyed toying with the media when it comes to their romantic lives. 

After claiming her date with Justin Bieber earlier this month was "just pancakes," Selena Gomez will probably say the stroll the teen stars took this weekend was "just a walk."

But the look on their faces said otherwise.
Gomez, 18, and Bieber, 16, were all-smiles and reportedly holding hands in Miami on Saturday before they realized the paparazzi were snapping pictures.


So what did they do? Run!

Yes, the two singers literally took off running and even went their separate ways after spotting the shutterbugs.


But there was nowhere to hide later that night when, after Bieber's concert, Gomez was photographed climbing onto his tour bus.


In fact, sneaky cameramen even managed to get photos of the pair on the bus via a window, where Bieber could be seen embracing the Disney star in one shot and resting his hand on her back in another.

Raise your hand if you’re tired of hearing (or not hearing because all the piercing screams have rendered you deaf) about every little thing Justin Bieber ever does. Now raise your hand if you’re tired of seeing the little twerp’s face on everything from magazine covers to backpacks to lunchboxes. Well, it’s only going to get worse from here on out; I don’t think we’ve even hit the halfway point of the Biebermania hurricane. Now, Bieber’s people have found another way to drain the wallets of tweens’ parents everywhere. Bieber nail polish. Yep, you read that right.

Bieber is working with Nicole by OPI to bring his nail polish line called “One Less Lonely Girl” to stores. So tweeny bopper ladies, when wearing his face on a t-shirt and blasting “Baby, baby, baby, baby….” (those are all the lyrics, right?) on your iPod don’t make you feel close enough to the Biebs, you can now wear a color named after one of his songs on your fingernails! They come in totally revolutionary shades too, like “Me + Blue” (which is dark blue) or “Step 2 the Beat of My Heart” (which is heart shaped glitter). The really obnoxious one, however, is OMB! (bright red) which promotes the worst Bieber-fication of a phrase ever; that’s right, OMB means “Oh My Bieber” because OMG just can’t contain the fanaticism. The word 'ridiculous' can’t contain my feelings about this nonsense.

But this is only the really weird tip of the ice berg, folks. Bieber’s got a whole slew of stuff to shill just in time for the holidays. We’re talking about his first book, Halloween costumes (I wonder if they come with a lesson that famous hair-flip), a line of dolls (creepy), a 3D concert movie, Christmas cards, bracelets, life-size cardboard cutouts, water bottles, pink fuzzy pillows shaped like his initials, and even underwear. (That last one’s just creepy; aren’t most of his fans 13 year olds?)
